Items are shipped in padded envelopes/boxes using Australia Post. All due care is given to the packing and posting of your items to ensure safe arrival at its destination. We are not responsible for loss or damage and would strongly recommend that you register or insure your packages. Australian customers (1- 3 days delivery) Domestic postage and handling (uninsured) $4.50 Domestic postage – registered (signature required on delivery) $6.00
International customers (7-14 days delivery) Insurance is also available for overseas postage against loss or damage. Please email me for cost options. Airmail (up to 750 gr) $8.50 Returns Please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your items) if the item is faulty or not as described. We do not accept returns or make refunds should you change your mind. Do not send the item until you have been requested to do so. All items must be returned in the same condition as when sent, complete with tags. When the returned items have been received by the store, you will receive a refund less the cost of postage. If you prefer, a credit may be given for future in-store purchases. |
